Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT FOR HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

For security purposes, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package is received safely and minimizes the risk of loss or theft. If you won’t be available to sign, please arrange for someone to receive the package on your behalf.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the re-shipment cost.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International(EU) customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes required by their country. Once your order arrives at customs, the shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal service) may contact you to arrange payment before delivery. Payment methods vary by country and may include online payment, cash/card on delivery, or direct payment to customs.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned, discarded, or held until payment is made. We do not issue refunds for packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid fees. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
