Refund policy

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues and it must be 7 days from delivery date, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Domestic Members Only)

If your return is accepted, you’ll have to pay a $12 flat fee and receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please Note ! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (Domestic Members Only)

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card within 10 business days. Please note that store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase. (Domestic Members Only)

If more than 12 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at Contact@kaeheli.com. (Domestic Members Only)

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Domestic Members Only)

INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS 

All Sales Are Final for international(EU) orders. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
