Fraud prevention policy

At KAEHELI ENSEMBLE™ we take fraud prevention seriously to protect both our business and our customers (members). We strive to ensure a secure and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our fraud policy carefully.

 

ORDER VERIFICATION

All orders are subject to verification and review. If an order appears suspicious or requires additional verification, we may contact  you via email or phone. Failure to respond [within 24 hours] may result in a delay or cancellation of the order.

BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION 

We reserve the right to verify that the billing information matches the credit card or payment method provided. Orders with mismatched billing or shipping addresses may require additional verification or be subject to cancellation.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY 

Orders placed using a high-risk payment method or flagged by our fraud prevention system may be subject to manual review. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

IDENTITY THEFT 

If we suspect that an order was place without the cardholder’s permission, we may contact the cardholder to confirm the transaction. Additionally, we may require ID or other documentation to verify the purchaser’s identity. 

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES 

To prevent chargebacks, please ensure that you review your order details before completing your purchase. In the case of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and report the incident to the authorities.

LEGAL ACTION 

Fraudulent activities, including identity theft, unauthorized use of payment methods, or malicious chargebacks, may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We will cooperate fully in any investigation to protect our business and customers (members).

CHANGES TO POLICY

KAEHELI ENSEMBLE™ Reserves the right to amend this fraud policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
